Our CrossFit classes consist of functional fitness training performed at high intensity. It’s a fun and faced-paced class that incorporates strength training and cardio while addressing many of the 10 general physical skills that make up fitness: cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
About the class:
Our classes are 1hr long and include people of all ages and skill levels (even our coaches workout in these classes!). Although this is a small group training class, you’ll receive individual coaching to help you get the most out of your workout.
